Scope
This policy covers filecoinwallet.org, which is a marketing, documentation and download website. It does not describe the behaviour of the Filecoin Wallet desktop application, which is documented separately.

Wallet information
This website does not connect to your wallet or request private keys or recovery phrases. Never include secret wallet information in a support conversation.
Filecoin Wallet support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
Third parties
The homepage requests public FIL/USDT market data directly from Binance. Your browser also requests web fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive the technical information needed to respond, such as your IP address. External links open under the destination site’s own policies.
Support chat
Email and message drafts stay in page memory and are cleared when you reload. Message delivery is unavailable in this configuration; drafts are not transmitted or stored persistently.
